Evaluation Rules

EA Usage	Allowed (with restrictions)	Third-party EAs are permitted for trade and risk management only. Other uses are prohibited. Self-developed EAs are likely allowed if they comply with other rules.
Overnight and Weekend Holding	Allowed (with exceptions)	Allowed for all Evaluation accounts. On Master accounts, permitted for 1-Step, 2-Step, 3-Step, and Plus. Prohibited for Funding Pips X (account violation).
Copy Trading	Not Allowed	Copy trading is strictly prohibited as it's considered a "toxic trading flow."
Trading Strategies	Some Allowed, Some Restricted	Tick scalping, HFT, hedge arbitrage, and general hedging are prohibited as part of "toxic trading flow." Gap trading is not allowed. On Master accounts (excluding Plus), profits from trades closed within 1 minute are not counted.
Inactivity	Not Allowed (30-day rule)	Accounts are automatically suspended after 30 days of inactivity. At least one trade every 30 days is required.
News Trading	Allowed (with restrictions)	Allowed on all Evaluation accounts. On most Master accounts, profits from trades within 5 minutes of high-impact news are not counted, unless opened 5+ hours prior. Trades within this window are automatically closed. Purposely trading news leads to termination. Prohibited on Funding Pips X.
IP Address/VPN/VPS	Consistency Required	Consistent IP address usage is required. The IP region must match for purchasing, evaluation, and Master account. Regional changes may require verification. Inform support of planned travel.
Prohibited Trading Practices/Gambling Policy	Not Allowed	Prohibited: excessive risk-taking, gambling, overtrading, HFT, tick scalping, arbitrage, poor money management, reverse trading, gap trading, server spamming, latency arbitrage, hedging, copy trading, and third-party account management.
Trading Period	Varies by Model	1-Step: one phase (10% profit target). 2-Step: two phases (8% and 5% profit targets). 3-Step: three phases (5% profit target each). Funding Pips X: two 30-day phases (10% and 8% profit targets). Funding Pips Plus: two phases (8% and 5% profit targets).
Minimum Trading Days	Varies by Model	1-Step, 2-Step, and 3-Step: 3 trading days each phase. Funding Pips X: 3 trading days each phase. Funding Pips Plus: 2 trading days each phase.
Misc. Rules	Various	Rule breaches lead to immediate account termination. Accounts are reviewed after reaching the profit target. Daily/max loss limits and lot limits apply to certain accounts. Funding Pips X requires a 45% consistency score.
